New faces at Mt Eliza
Silvia Damiano

 

Silvia Damiano is a Program Director with the Mt Eliza Sydney team. Having worked in Australia, South America and South Africa, she brings an understanding of different cultures and industries with a background in organisational development, learning and science.

She has over fifteen years of experience working within the corporate sector for a variety of industries including finance, telecommunications, IT, pharmaceutical and professional firms.

Silvia has worked for Telecom Argentina, Ernst & Young and Westpac Banking. Her main roles have been conceptual design of learning strategies, formulating strategies to drive change, facilitation and leading the learning function. Read more
